About BuiltStack
The AI tools real estate developers actually use, ranked by people who use them.
Why this exists
Every AI tool says it'll save a development team hours. Most directories just repeat the vendor's copy. BuiltStack asks the people doing the work (developers, dev managers, owners, GCs, and architects) what they use, what they pay, and how much time it actually saves. Then it ranks the tools on that.
How the leaderboard works
- Tools are grouped by the workflow they serve. Right now there are 48 tools:
- Site feasibility & zoning: 7
- Underwriting & pro formas: 7
- Construction & development management: 15
- Document & lease abstraction: 5
- Investor reporting & capital: 7
- Lease-up & marketing: 7
- Each listing has the vendor's official link, a one-line summary in our own words, pricing as publicly listed (or "Contact sales"), and integrations the vendor states.
- Peer rankings open as ratings come in. Until a category has enough practitioner ratings, tools are listed alphabetically. We do not invent ratings, usage stats, hours saved, or testimonials.
- Vendors can list for free. Future featured listings will be labeled and will never change rankings.
Corrections
Pricing and features change fast. Each listing shows when it was last checked. Spot something out of date? Use the submit form and we'll fix it.
Who's behind it
